F1 Position and Fitness Groups train to push each other and build a strong group. They are designed to help build community and friendship, which will go beyond the gym. Athletes from different areas develop and grow together under the banner of F1. No matter the age, we believe fitness is not just for the young but also for the young at heart. Our workouts are suited for various skill levels as we teach everything from fundamental to advanced movements and exercises. Even in a group setting, we make sure there is attention given to each individual to ensure they get the best workout possible every time.
