THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS AN OFF-SEASON IN FOOTBALL
Every year the season changes but training doesn’t. After years of training and grinding during the season, there is still more to be done. The time to develop and mainteance your body could never be more important as an elite athlete. The decision you make about your training, to understand your body, it’s mechanics and movement, speed, and agility takes training with the right team.
It is important as an athlete to develop and understand not only about the fundamentals of weight training but how human performance can elevate your game play. At F1 we put your body through rigorous training programs to develop the entire body. We help you identify problem areas in your game and help you build a stronger fundation for success. Our goal is to help you accelerate your growth as a player and build new habits that help prevent injury. This weekly program are designed to give you an upper hand on the field against your competition and are developed for both high school and college athletes.
football performance
Our sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. We help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and power.
This integrated program prepares players for all aspects of the collegiate combine and college showcase camps. The athletes will work on speed training to develop proper technique for the 40-yard dash, 3-cone shuffle, and 20-yard shuttle. Power training maximizes results for the bench press, broad jump, and vertical jump. We also offer individual sessions to athletes bring to teach the position-specific drills at the combine and techniques to succeed at the next level.
Physical therapy services are also available at our facilities to help treat injuries and decrease aches, pains, and injury risk. Nutrition education services are available upon request to support training and body composition or weight goals.
