I am a Harford County native who grew up in Street, Maryland and attended North Harford High School. After graduating I left the area spenting ten years living in Blacksburg, VA. During this time I attended Virginia Tech University where I was recruited to play Division-I lacrosse from 2009-2014.

Post college I coached at  Radford University as the Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach where I successfuly help start the universities women’s team. After five years at Radford University, I came back to Maryland where I immersed myself back into lacrosse and fitness.

I am beyond grateful to be a part of the F1 team and look forward to spreading confidence to help empower people to reach their personal goals.
